(DENVER) – Hines, the international real estate firm, announced today that Faegre Baker Daniels, a full-service law firm, has signed a 58,000-square-foot lease at 1144 Fifteenth Street, the new 40-story, Class AA office tower totaling 671,101 square feet in downtown Denver.
