Hines Acquires Glasgow Build-to-Rent Asset

Hines has acquired Solasta Riverside, a 324-unit, 20-storey build-to-rent scheme in the heart of Glasgow. Solasta was acquired by a Hines flagship fund and the scheme was completed in 2022, comprising a mix of high-quality studio, one-, two- and three-bed apartments totaling c.211,000 sq ft, alongside c.3,800 sq ft of ground-floor commercial space. Residents benefit from access to a best-in-class amenity package which includes a gym, co-working space, private roof terrace and games room. Located at the core of the £500m Clyde Place regeneration project, Solasta is a five-minute walk from Glasgow Central railway station and in close proximity to the city centre.
