Hines announced James Beard-nominated Chef Kyle Knall’s newest restaurant, Cassis, has signed an 11-year lease for a portion of the ground floor retail space of 333 Water Street in Milwaukee’s historic Third Ward, a modern, 31-story luxury apartment tower. The riverfront French bistro, slated to open in late 2025, will span 5,175 square feet with an additional 1,100 square feet of outdoor patio space. The 200-seat restaurant will feature European design elements, capturing the timeless charm of the French bistro.
333 Water Street, the Historic Third Ward’s first luxury apartment tower, features high-end finishes and elevated living in addition to easy access to retail and excellent neighborhood dining options, soon to include Cassis.
