Hines has awarded the general contractor contract for Munich-based project development LOVT Vision to W. Markgraf GmbH & Co KG. The project is the first construction phase of the LOVT Munich transformation project, which is currently being built from the former MediaWorks office complex in Munich's Werksviertel. In various construction phases, the former factory buildings will undergo a comprehensive revitalization and be supplemented by the new LOVT Vibe building.
