Hines Breaks Ground on T3 West Midtown in Atlanta

Continues to redefine the standard for the modern creative office

(ATLANTA) – Hines, the international real estate firm, and Invesco Real Estate, a global real estate investment manager, today announced the start of construction on the 230,000-square-foot T3 West Midtown office development, conveniently located within Atlantic Station, a dynamic and highly walkable 24/7 dine-shop-live-work neighborhood.

The groundbreaking event included light bites and craft Bourbon from Blade and Bow followed by remarks from local dignitaries and a ceremonial blessing of the soil.

T3 West Midtown is designed by Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture (HPA), in conjunction with the DLR Group. In this innovative, seven-story mass timber office building, work spaces will be designed for optimal collaboration and common social areas will foster a greater sense of camaraderie and community. The project will provide first-rate connectivity for tenants and has been named the First Wired Certified Platinum New Development in Atlanta. T3 West Midtown will also include a fully modern fitness center, conference center, tenant balconies, and a gorgeous rooftop deck.

“We are excited to kick off construction of this differentiated product that provides unique architecture with a balance of amenities and services connecting them to the 24-hour attributes of Atlanta’s urban core,” stated Hines Senior Managing Director John Heagy.

Hines Managing Director Tori Kerr added, “This project is in the flourishing Midtown submarket that embodies the live, work, play lifestyle that progressive tenants are seeking in order to recruit and retain today’s knowledge workers.”
