Hines has completed one of his most important lease agreements of the past year in Stuttgart as the auditing and consulting firm Deloitte intends to move into the "Central One" project in 2028 and occupy around 9,000 m² of space. The project is being built in a prime location in the heart of Stuttgart's city centre, right next to the town hall, the Breuninger department store and other central facilities. It has very good public transport connections, with a direct metro connection and offers excellent visibility. After the above-ground demolition of the existing building, building construction and a contemporary reorganization will begin next year. The project, which has been part of the open-ended core plus fund Hines European Property Partners (HEPP) since 2022, will offer attractive space to small-scale retailers, cafés and local suppliers in addition to office use. With this lease, all office space in the project has already been let.
