Hines Hires Director of Diversity & Inclusion

(HOUSTON) – Hines, the international real estate firm, is pleased to announce that Jerry Guerrero has joined the firm’s Human Resources (HR) department as Director of Diversity & Inclusion. In this pivotal role, he will further develop, implement and monitor programs that promote and support Hines’ diversity and inclusion goals and objectives, establish metrics and tools to measure progress, and partner with HR leadership, the OneHines Leadership Committee and other stakeholders to effectively execute a diversity and inclusion strategy and framework across the firm.

Before joining Hines, Guerrero held a number of roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) from 2006 to 2017, including Houston Market Diversity Leader and management consultant in the Human Capital Services and Technology practices. He was a trusted adviser to market leadership across PwC Houston, and he executed the market diversity plan to promote early success strategies, retention, career advancement and flexibility. Similarly, he advised executives at several companies to successfully plan and execute strategies in support of significant business transformations as a management consultant.

Guerrero earned a BBA in Finance at the University of Houston and an MBA with a concentration in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas in Houston. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.
