Maple Terrace, a Class AA mixed-use project in Uptown Dallas, signed four new commercial leases totaling nearly 30,000 square feet.
Maple Terrace’s office component is located at 3001 Maple Ave. and consists of 157,000 square feet of office space across nine floors. The mixed-use development also includes a 22-story luxury residential tower and high-end amenities such as restaurants Doce Mesas and Catch Dallas, which have garnered widespread acclaim.
The ownership group, supported by Matt Schendle and Carrie Halbrooks of Cushman & Wakefield, secured leasing agreements with Legacy Knight; Commit Consulting; one of the owners, Mitsui Fudosan America; and a fourth, confidential tenant.
