Hines has agreed a five-year lease extension on behalf of INMARK Asset Management with the Bank of Scotland at a landmark office asset at 110 St Vincent Street, Glasgow. Hines was appointed by INMARK as both the asset manager and property manager for 110 St Vincent Street, an iconic office scheme in the heart of the city centre, in September 2024.
110 St Vincent Street comprises c.97,000 sq ft of prominent office space over seven floors, alongside a roof terrace with panoramic views across Glasgow and plentiful basement parking space. The asset, which was designed by renowned architect James Miller in the 1920s as the head office for Bank of Scotland was comprehensively refurbished in 2007 and retains the property’s iconic listed façade and ground floor banking hall.
