Hines announces further leasing milestones for its "Le Coeur" refurbishment project on Düsseldorf's Königsallee. With the addition of two new tenants, Hestermann jewelry store and the fashion and lifestyle concept store Label Kitchen, for a total of around 570 m². "Le Coeur" is already 80% pre-let which underlines its contribution to a lively usage concept for the western Kö.
With completion planned for the second half of 2026, the mixed-use project continues to take shape with the new retail tenants. "Le Coeur" is being built in the heart of Düsseldorf's city center on the site of the former Commerzbank headquarters. Between Königsallee, Benrather Straße, Breite Straße and Trinkausstraße, the project combines the historical character of the surrounding area with a new urban dynamic. Offices, retail and restaurants are planned for an area of around 47,000 m².
