(ATLANTA) – The Atlanta office of Hines, the international real estate firm, announced today that it will lease and market 700 Northpark, a proposed 450,000-square-foot office building in Atlanta’s North Central submarket.
Located at Abernathy Road and GA 400, 700 Northpark will be the fourth building in the Northpark Town Center development, a unique mixed-use office complex in the Central Perimeter business district.
Hines will be responsible for developing a marketing plan, coordinating marketing materials, soliciting potential tenants and negotiating leases for the building.
Senior Vice President John Heagy said, “We are extremely excited about this opportunity to expand our third-party leasing services business in the Atlanta area.
Northpark Town Center is one of the premier office developments on the burgeoning north side of Atlanta.
Interstate access as well as direct linkage to MARTA at the project’s on-site Sandy Springs station, make this new office tower a transportation winner for the 21st century.”
Hines entered the Atlanta real estate market in 1982 with its development of the Ravinia office/hotel complex. Other projects the firm has developed in Atlanta include: 1180 Peachtree, One Ninety One Peachtree Tower, Deerfield Commons and Overton Park.
Hines currently owns/manages approximately 3.7 million square feet of space in the Atlanta area.
