Swiss chocolate manufacturer Läderach has been secured as a new tenant for the ONE TWO ONE development project in Frankfurt, Germany. The chocolatier is opening a premium branch on around 180 square meters in a central downtown location, directly on the highly frequented corner of Zeil and Liebfrauenstrasse. The official opening is scheduled for the second half of 2026.
Hines is transforming ONE TWO ONE into a modern retail and office building in downtown Frankfurt.
