Completed in 2008, and designed by the Anthony John Group, 100 Brookes Street is a six-story, Class A office building containing 105,637 square feet of leasable space. Additionally, 100 Brookes Street provides an above-market parking ratio and efficient floor plates of 18,300 square feet, among the largest and most efficient in the Brisbane office market.
Hines sold the property in November 2018.
