In 2018, Hines and Cousins Properties, an Atlanta-based REIT, purchased 2.5 acres of land located directly on Mill Avenue in Downtown Tempe to develop 100 Mill, a project consisting of a 280,000-square-foot, 18-story class AA modern office tower and a hotel or multifamily tower.
The project was completed in 2021. The building features several amenities for its tenants, including a rooftop deck, ground floor promenade, bike storage, electric vehicle charging, conference center, tenant lounge, fitness center with locker rooms and showers and touchless systems.
100 Mill is located near Downtown Tempe, urban residential neighborhoods, hotels, dining, and nightlife.
