250 Rio

Hines is developing 250 Rio, a 14-story Class AA office building totaling 210,500 SF in Downtown Tempe. The building will have 4,500 SF of flex commercial space (restaurant/retail) on the ground floor. 250 Rio will include pedestrian zones to increase walkability from downtown Tempe to Tempe Beach Park. The project will also include the preservation of historic Ash Avenue roadbed.
