In July 2018, Hines acquired 260 Queen Street, a 142,708-square-foot office tower located in the heart of Brisbane’s core commercial district, the Golden Triangle. Originally developed in 1970, Hines has undertaken an extensive refurbishment of the 23-story best in class office tower, including a complete reconfiguration and orientation of the ground floor, replacement of the existing podium facade and significant building services upgrades.
260 Queen is prominently positioned on the corner of Queen Street and Post Office Square, Brisbane’s premium intersection surrounded by vibrant amenities, restaurants, bars, exceptional retail and outstanding accessibility. This newly reimagined iconic building, completely transformed by Blight Rayner Architects, sits at the epicenter of Brisbane’s Central Business District.
Hines sold the building in December 2022.
