In 2015, Northwestern Mutual selected Hines as Development Manager for 7Seventy7, an 810,000-square-foot, 25-story multifamily development in Milwaukee.
Adjacent to Northwestern Mutual's 1.1 million-square-foot headquarters, also developed by Hines, 7Seventy7 includes 310-for-rent units and 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. The first eight floors of the development are devoted to parking, along with a grocery store. The top 25 floors of the tower consist of 294 high-end apartments and 16 penthouses.
7Seventy7 also features a glass exterior, 9th floor rooftop swimming pool, outdoor fire pit, indoor golf simulator, spacious fitness center and pet-friendly amenities.
