B'Ella Berlin is a 137,240 square-foot large site, directly adjacent to the Hines developments SĂĽdkreuz I + II. Hines will develop this space to approximately 730,000 square feet of office, residential and social usable space.
Aiming to not make use of any fossil fuels, B'Ella Berlin will be another positive step in Hines' city quarter development.
