Centene Campus

The Centene Campus is a 535,032-square foot Class A office campus, situated in North Sacramento, near all major freeways and minutes from Downtown Sacramento. It is comprised of two main office buildings (258,495-square feet each/ 5 floors each) and a childcare center (18,043-square feet, single floor). It was a build to suit project, designed by Stantec Architects and developed by Hines. The Centene Campus was completed in October 2020 and is a joint venture between Oaktree Capital Management L.P. and Hines, who professionally manages the asset. In addition to the on-site childcare facility, campus amenities also include a 20,000-square foot cafe, large fitness center with group fitness rooms and full locker rooms, medical clinic, retail pharmacy, large conference and training center, secured bike lockers, secured parking, EV charging stations, an urban beehive, fruit trees (bounty enjoyed by on-site staff!), a robust commuter concierge program, 24/7 security and a unique lobby with floor to ceiling glass windows that serves as the junction between the two office buildings.
