In 2014, Hines, in a joint venture with a subsidiary of a real estate fund managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P., acquired the Suburban Cincinnati Office Portfolio, a 1,042,455-square-foot, six-building office complex located in two submarkets, Kenwood and West Chester. The acquisition included the Towers of Kenwood and the Centre Pointe Office Park. Towers of Kenwood has sold in May, 2019.
