Distribution Park Dutra Building 1 & 2

In 2008, the Hines CalPERS Brazil Fund II (HCB II) acquired Distribution Park Dutra, on the President Dutra Highway in Rio de Janeiro.

Distribution Park Dutra Building 1, a 512,477-square-foot structure, and Building 2, a 672,317-square-foot structure, are distribution and logistics facilities that were developed for both speculative and build-to-suit tenants.
