About Embassy Palace

Completed in 2002, Embassy Palace (formerly Embassy House) is a 32-story, 174-unit luxury rental apartment tower located in the heart of Beijing’s Second Embassy District. The 368,681-square-foot tower features a lobby worthy of a five-star hotel with concierge, health club, spa and private indoor pool, a 193-car, below-grade parking garage and 16 spacious penthouse units. Designed by Hellmuth, Obata & Kassabaum, Embassy Palace has every modern convenience and is home to many senior executives from multinational corporations and diplomatic VIPs. It was the first Hines project in China and served as a catalyst to create the firm’s first Emerging Markets Fund in 1996.
