In December 2022, Hines, on behalf of its European Property Partners fund (HEPP), acquired a logistics asset in Barcelona in close proximity to Barcelona's El Prat airport.
A last mile industrial asset of 4,027 square meters, the facility is located in the business park of Parc de Negocis Mas Blau, a business park just outside of the airport. The complex is fully leased with a fifteen-year term to tenant Gate Gourmet.
