Hainichen Logistics was completed at the end of 2022 and is located on an area of around 155,500 sqm near Hainichen directly on the A4 motorway between Chemnitz and Dresden. The facility comprises two buildings with seven hall units and a total area of around 74,000 sqm, leased to a single tenant on a mid-term basis.
Hainichen Logistics s considered one of the most advanced logistics parks in Germany with high sustainability standards. Outstanding energy efficiency in accordance with KfW40, state-of-the-art, sustainable equipment and construction methods as well as a focus on the well-being of users are mirrored in a DGNB Gold certification. In addition, the flexible and innovative logistics units are embedded in park-like green spaces.
