Hanover Square is one of the most desirable sites in Central London. It fronts on New Bond Street to the West and Hanover Square to the East, one of three garden squares in Mayfair. The development sits above a station entrance for Crossrail, an east-west underground train line. It also comprises a new public piazza at the heart of the scheme.
The development includes 167,785 square feet of office space in three buildings, the majority of which is in a single building above the Crossrail station fronting Hanover Square. There is also 41,828 square feet of retail and restaurant space fronting New Bond Street and six residential units totaling 12,356 square feet.
