Pinto Business Park is a 971-acre industrial park that when fully developed will accommodate up to 7,000,000 square feet of build-to-suit and user-owned distribution, light manufacturing and corporate campus space.
Located in the heart of Houston's north/northwest submarkets, where industrial vacancy rates are some of the lowest in the country, Pinto Business Park is the largest, fully entitled, contiguous tract of land located inside Beltway 8 and outside the 500-year floodplain. With drainage, detention, roads and infrastructure already designed, the site is shovel-ready, with tracts available for immediate construction and delivery.
In 2014, Hines completed Plaza Verde, Plaza Verde 2, and Greens Crossing. In 2015, Alfa Laval, a 105,800-square-foot single-story industrial building was completed. Fallbrook I and II, containing 693,400 square feet of space, were completed in 2016.
