Solaria, a 143-meter-tall residential building located in the eastern part of Porta Nuova, provides its residents exclusive views from the Duomo to the Alps.
Completed in 2013, the 34-story tower, designed by Arquitectonica of Miami in association with the Milanese firm Caputo Partnership, consists of three separate wings that meet in a central core, which radiates natural light onto every floor.
Solaria overlooks the Giardini di Porta Nuova Park to the north and a 4,000-square-meter courtyard garden to the south. Within walking distance, there are three subway lines, two train stations with high-speed trains and the local railway line.
