Skyview Corporate Park is a 1.87 million-square-foot, multi-phase development on a 21-acre site facing National Highway 8 (NH-8). Hines partnered with the landowner, Shyam Telecom (one of India's largest telecom players), to develop the Grade A campus-style development, with structured parking for more than 3,400 cars and retail amenities. The project is being developed in phases, with Phase I consisting of two buildings containing 235,000 square feet each. Phase I was completed in 2015.
The project site is bordered by NH-8 as well as a 60-meter-wide sector road. It is located within 500 meters of the intersection of the Southern Peripheral Road (NH-262), connecting Golf Course Road to NH-8, and the Northern Peripheral Road, connecting NH-8 to Delhi. A Metro stop and ISBT within walking distance further enhance connectivity.
The master plan and design of the Skyview Corporate Park buildings were created by Roger Soto, president/director of design for Odell Associates and former director of design for HOK's Houston office. The buildings were among the first constructed in India to meet a true international standard for Class A design and construction quality. The project achieved Platinum certification under the Indian Green Building Council's LEED India CA program in 2015.
Hines exited Skyview Corporate Park in 2019. The firm continues to serve as the asset manager for the project.
