In April 2011, Hines UK, on behalf of its Hines European Development Fund II, acquired Two Snowhill. The transaction involved restructuring a stalled development by working with the existing owner, Ballymore in cooperation with NAMA.
Located in Birmingham, England, the 310,000-square-foot development is situated opposite the Snowhill rail station in the heart of the city. Two Snowhill forms part of a cluster of new developments, with the completed One Snowhill adjacent.
Completed in 2013, the building provides Grade A office space on large floor plates of up to 24,000 square feet.
Hines sold Two Snowhill in September of 2014.
