Benjamin Chu

Mr. Chu serves as Senior Managing Director responsible for pre-development activities. This includes sourcing deals, government zoning and design approval, partner relationships, marketing and sales for Embassy House, Park Avenue, and Millennium Tower in Beijing; California Place, 21st Century Tower and One Museum Place in Shanghai; and Park Avenue in Dalian. Since joining Hines in 1996, he has been primarily responsible for business development, strategic planning and project implementation for Hines activities in China, with a total of 15 million square feet of commercial and residential real estate representing approximately $3.8 billion.
