Brian Atkinson

Mr. Atkinson is a managing director and is the project team member responsible for leasing, marketing and development for numerous Hines projects in the Chicago market. He leads the leasing efforts on behalf of Hines and its joint-venture partners at River Point, Lincoln Common and 321 North Clark. Additionally, he represents various investor clients in the leasing and management of 333 West Wacker, 225 West Wacker and the Harris Bank Building. He was also a part of the pre-development project teams for Wolf Point South in Chicago and its first planned timber project at T3 Goose Island.

Atkinson earned his BA in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his MBA, with honors, from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Management at DePaul University.
