Min En Lai

Mr. Lai joined Hines in 2021 as an Associate on the Fund Management team, supporting daily fund management operations and investment transactions. Prior to joining Hines, Mr. Lai was part of SC Capital Partners’ Asia Pacific core-plus real estate fund and was involved in all acquisition, asset management, and realization activities. Before that, Mr. Lai worked at Pamfleet, a boutique fund manager acquired by Schroders Capital, where he was responsible for investment management and investor relations across the firm’s value-add real estate fund series.
