including the $492 million acquisition of a 49% share of One Madison
Avenue alongside NPS; teamed up with Ivanhoé Cambridge in a

with QuadReal Property Group targeting build-to-rent properties, student
accommodation and serviced apartments across Europe; and partnered with
Henderson Park for a 400-home development in Athens.
