Women's Network

Women's Network

Hines' entrepreneurial culture encourages new thinking from employees at every level of the firm. Our Women's Network began as a grassroots effort, evolved informally and was unanimously embraced by the firm's Executive Committee.

The network goal is to engage all employees in a firm-wide conversation, to create new opportunities for networking and mentorship, and to increase the volume of female applicants and the percentage of women in leadership at the firm.

The network's executive sponsor, Mark Cover, chairs the steering committee which is made up of women in various functional groups and geographies throughout the firm.

Our goal is to attract more women into the commercial real estate business and to increase female leadership at our firm. We believe a more diverse company is a better company.

Mark A. Cover, CEO, Southwestern U.S. & Mexico/Central America
