Hines' Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are designed to advance our DEI strategy and create a firmwide platform to connect employees, develop leaders, celebrate diversity, serve communities and drive business and brand. Our ERG members can identify opportunities, share best practices and serve as Allies to under-represented groups.
