Hines’ Capital Markets Group is responsible for establishing and maintaining capital partnerships with investors across a range of investment vehicles, including programmatic joint ventures, separate accounts and commingled funds. The Capital Markets Group consists of personnel located in the Americas, Europe and Asia.

Hines Securities is the broker-dealer affiliate of Hines and oversees the distribution of Hines-sponsored offerings to qualified individual investors through participating financial professionals with independent broker-dealer firms or registered investment advisors (RIAs).
