C. Kevin Shannahan

Mr. Shannahan is the CEO of Hines’ U.S. Midwest and Southeast Regions, and he oversees the firm’s investment platforms in both Canada and South America. He is a member of the Hines Executive Committee. Under his leadership, Hines U.S. Midwest/Southeast expanded from one to five product lines and secured an unprecedented seven ULI Development Awards of Excellence, resulting in landmark office, industrial and residential products. He is also the founding managing partner of Hines Canada and Hines South America.

Shannahan graduated from Cornell University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and completed his MBA at Harvard Business School.
