Charlie Dreyfus

Charlie Dreyfus is Director, Fund Management, Americas, serving as Assistant Fund Manager for Hines U.S. Property Partners responsible for developing and executing the fund’s investment strategy.

Prior to joining the HUSPP team, Charlie was an Associate on Hines’ Global Investment Strategy team. In this role, he contributed to the design and structuring of Hines U.S. Property Partners as well as the formation of an office-focused separate account in excess of $5 billion in gross asset value in major U.S. markets. He also served as an Associate on the CIO Investment Group and as an Investment Management Analyst, where he oversaw the acquisition, asset management, and disposition of international assets within Hines Global REIT and Hines Global Income Trust. In this capacity, he oversaw a portfolio of office, industrial, and student housing investments in excess of $2.0 billion in gross asset value.

Charlie earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
