Margaret Fitzgerald

Ms. Fitzgerald serves as Vice President, Investment Accounting for Hines Europe. She is responsible for the oversight of the office, including accounting and financial reporting functions. She previously served as Senior Controller in Houston for the general partner of the advisors for various Hines entities and other private Hines investment vehicles. She was responsible for technical accounting and reporting matters. Prior to joining Hines, she worked for Navigant Consulting and the Division of Corporation Finance at the Securities and Exchange Commission as well as in the audit practice of KPMG LLP, serving clients in the financial industry.

Fitzgerald received a BA in Accounting from Southwestern University and is a certified public accountant.
