Palmer Letzerich

Mr. Letzerich is Senior Managing Director and serves as head of the Industrial/Logistics platform for the Southwest Region, and as country head for Mexico. He manages a team of development, acquisitions and property management professionals as far north as Colorado and as far south as Panama. In his tenure with Hines, he has been involved with all phases of development and operations of projects in Texas, Colorado, Arizona, Mexico and Panama, totaling over 30 million square feet and representing invested capital in excess of $1.5 billion. He has developed or acquired real estate in all product sectors and is currently focused on investments in next generation industrial & logistics projects and office buildings.

Mr. Letzerich received his BA in Political Science with a minor in Latin American Studies from Southern Methodist University. He received his MBA, with a concentration in finance and international business management, from the University of Texas at Austin.
