Simon Nasa

Mr. Nasa is responsible for sourcing and delivering development opportunities and asset repositioning strategies for Hines Australia. He has over 10 years’ experience working in the Australian real estate market and most recently led the opening of the firm's office in Melbourne, Victoria. Since joining Hines in 2014, Mr. Nasa has played a key role in the acquisition and delivery of core+, value-add, creative and core office development opportunities. Notable acquisitions include 260 Queen Street in Brisbane, 36 Wellington in Collingwood, 9 Stewart Street in Richmond and 600 Collins in Melbourne.

Nasa received a Bachelor of Property Economics and a Master of Property Investment and Development from the University of Western Sydney.
