Ms. Fore is the firm’s Senior Vice President, Human Resources. She is a member of Hines’ Compensation, HR and Morale Committee. Ms. Fore directs the firm’s HR activities including its compensation and benefit programs, 401(k) plan, recruiting, learning and development, employee relations, human resource systems and payroll. Since joining Hines, she has completed major projects in both accounting and HR. She was instrumental in the firm’s implementation of PeopleSoft HRMS and Payroll systems in 1999 and conversion to Workday Human Capital Management in 2014. She assisted in the design of Hines’ compensation and benefit programs as the firm expanded globally and the reorganization of Hines’ cash management processes and implementation of an electronic funds transfer system.
Fore received her BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University.
