(LONDON) ā Hines, the international real estate firm, has announced that Victoria Patterson joined the business in the role of Director of Marketing and Experience for Hinesā Living operations in Europe.
The appointment further strengthens Hinesā Living team as the firm continues to expand in the sector in Europe, focusing on Private Rented Sector (PRS) and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA). Hinesā HECF and HEVF funds have significant pipelines of build to rent and residential projects, while aparto, Hinesā student living brand, currently has 12 properties throughout the UK and Ireland with further projects under development in Milan and Barcelona. aparto was named āBest Private Halls Provider in Irelandā at the National Student Housing Awards in 2019.
In February 2020, Hines also announced the launch of a new ā¬1.25bn pan-European Living joint venture with QuadReal. The joint venture partnership will target BTR (build to rent) properties, student accommodation and serviced apartments across Europe and regional UK markets.
With significant experience in commercial and residential real estate, Patterson joins Hines from Greystar, where she was Senior Director for Global Customer Strategy, Brand and Digital Marketing. Previously, she was Senior Director for Marketing in Europe, before which she served as Head of Online Communications EMEA at Colliers International.
