Hines Promotes Michael Desguin to Senior Vice President-Conceptual Construction

(HOUSTON) – Hines, the international real estate firm, recently announced that Michael Desguin has been promoted from Vice President to Senior Vice President in the Conceptual Construction Group at Williams Tower in Houston.

Desguin joined Hines in April 2007 and is responsible for preconstruction services including design development, budget control, scheduling, value engineering, materials purchases, and contractor and consultant contract negotiations for various Hines projects.

During his tenure, he has managed preconstruction services for over 20 million square feet of projects including: BG Group Place in Houston; Devon Energy World Headquarters in Oklahoma City; Takeda Pharmaceuticals in Deerfield, IL;

CityCenterDC and the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) Headquarters, both in Washington, D.C.; and most recently, 1601 Wewatta in Denver; and Tyson’s Tower in McLean, VA.
