(HOUSTON) – Hines, the international real estate firm, announced today that Kevin Batchelor will join Hines on April 18 as a Vice President in the firm’s Southwest Region.
He will office in the firm’s BG Group Place office in downtown Houston.
His focus will be to coordinate the multifamily activities throughout the southwest in coordination with Alan Patton, Hines’ recently appointed Senior Vice President of the Multifamily Division.
Batchelor will relocate to Houston from Pacific Palisades, CA, where he was most recently vice president of development for The Legado Company, a privately owned boutique real estate firm. He was responsible for new business and for all phases of development, construction and delivery of high-density multifamily apartment projects.
Prior to joining The Legado Company, Batchelor was the managing regional development partner of The Hanover Company, a multifamily development firm based in Houston.
