In 2016, Hines was retained by Franklin Street Properties Corp. to provide property management services for 1420 Peachtree, formerly Pershing Park Plaza, a nine-story, 160,145-square-foot office building. The Class A property was completed in 1989.

The property is located in Atlanta’s Midtown submarket at the confluence of Peachtree and West Peachtree streets. Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers, LLP is the largest tenant occupying approximately 79% of the building.
