In 2007, Hines was hired as development manager for Piazzale Sturzo Redevelopment, which contains a 138,467-square-foot office building and 14,359-square-feet of retail space located in Rome’s EUR district. Completed in 2009, the redevelopment modernized the building, making it high-quality and efficient.
