In December 2017, Hines' Pan European Core Fund acquired its first asset in the Netherlands—Noortse Bosch, a six-story, 195,000-square-foot office building in Amsterdam.
Situated in a prime location in the city center adjacent to the North-South metro line slated to open in July 2018, Noortse Bosch provides excellent connectivity to local public transport and is one of the largest office buildings in central Amsterdam. The building also features ground-floor parking and retail amenities.
Noortse Bosch serves as headquarters for AFM, the Netherlands financial services regulatory authority, which occupies around 134,000 square feet.
