The property is located on the corner of Calle Preciados / Maestro Victoria and comprises two adjacent buildings, Preciados 13 and Maestro Victoria 5, and has a combined area of almost 5,000 square meters.
Calle Preciados is the busiest pedestrian street in Madrid.
After a refurbishment which was finished in 2020, the building on Maestro Victoria 5 was leased to hotel operator Chic & Basics.
