SÜDKREUZ III is a 137,240 square-foot large site, directly adjacent to the Hines developments Südkreuz I + II. Hines will develop this space to approximately 730,000 square feet of office, residential and social usable space.
Aiming to not make use of any fossil fuels, SÜDKREUZ III will be another positive step in Hines' city quarter development.
The already completed Südkreuz I + II projects have proven that the excellent location at the fare zone 1 Südkreuz regional train station attracts both office and residential tenants. The completed neighborhood development properties have shown high demand from energy and mobility companies.
